BF&M only facilitates transfers and registration changes of shares held in certificate form. If you’re unsure of how your share are held, contact Shareholder Services.

Dematerialized Shares
Dematerialized shares are held on the Bermuda Securities Depository (“BSD”) and are made through a broker from a BSX approved trading member who will confirm the requirements.

If proof of ownership is needed, contact Shareholder Services for a copy of your BF&M shareholder statement.

Certificated Shares
Requirements of certificated shares are dependent on the share registration, please contact Shareholder Services to confirm.

Generally, to transfer or change share registration current shareholders are required to submit a completed Share Transfer Form, proof of ownership and photo ID. Recipients are required to co-sign the transfer form, provide compliance documents, and submit a completed a Shareholder Details Form.
