Who do I contact if I have not received my dividend payment?
Dividends are issued on the announced payment date. The anticipated timeline for receipt of funds varies by payment type:
- Local direct deposits: typically 1 – 3 business days
- Cheques: mailed on payment day; delivery dependent on postal service
- Overseas wires: typically 5 – 10 business days
If you have not received your payment within the anticipated timeframe,
contact Shareholder Services.
If my dividend cheque is out of date or lost, can I get it reissued?
Yes.
complete the Replacement Payment Form and return it to BF&M with any cheques in your possession.
Can I reinvest my dividend payments?
BF&M Limited not offer a Dividend Reinvestment Programme ("DRIP"). To acquire additional shares, they must be purchased through a broker.
