BF&M Limited is publicly a traded holding company on the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX") under the symbol BFM.BH. All share purchases and sales must be processed through a broker.

 

How to buy or sell shares 

To get started, contact a broker from the BSX’s list of approved trading members for information and instructions, including associated fees and requirements. Retail brokers include the local banks and LOM Investment Group.
 
Selling shares requires proof of ownership. Request a copy of your shareholder statement to obtain proof of ownership for your shares.

The value of BF&M’s shares fluctuates based on trading on the BSX. The daily share price is published in the BSX trading reports under the “Insurance” section. Trading reports are posted online on the BSX website and printed in The Royal Gazette.

How do I sell shares if I have power of attorney or am an executor of an estate?

You will have to provide proof of the appointment as power of attorney or executor in order to inquire and act on behalf of the shareholder. Contact a broker for additional information.

How can I find historical share prices?

Archived BSX trading reports are posted on the BSX website, and historical reports containing share prices can be found by searching by date.
