If I can’t attend the shareholder meeting, can I still vote?
Yes, you are encouraged to vote by completing the proxy form circulated with the meeting notice if you can’t attend. If you did not receive a proxy form at the time of the AGM announcement, you can contact Shareholder Services.
If I can’t attend the shareholder meeting, can I send someone in my place?
Yes, you can send a proxy to the meeting in your place. You are required to complete and sign the voting form, and the proxy must bring the signed form, along with a valid government issued ID, to the meeting. Refer to the meeting notice for additional details.
